Sealed quotation are invited in two part system i.e. “Part – I (Technical Bid)”  containing technical specifications / particulars along with Earnest Money of Rs. 20, 000.00 (Rs Twenty Thousand)  only in the form of Demand Draft / Bankers Cheque in favour of Chief Executive Officer, Siliguri Jalpaiguri Development Authority, Siliguri and “Part – II (Financial Bid)”  containing the rate of individual item should be quoted on latter hand as per following Table from the Manufacturers / Distributors / Dealers / Suppliers by the undersigned on behalf  of the Siliguri Jalpaiguri Development Authority for supply of 50 MT Steel Materials of the following various diameter. The Bidders should state the location of the Industry / Head Office in case is Producer. The successful agency will have to submit the Test Certificate of the concerned materials.

The last date of the submission of the quotation is 19.02.2013 at 2.30 PM and “Part – I (Technical Bid)” will be opened at 3.00 PM & “Part – II (Financial Bid)” of the qualified quotationers will be opened at  4.00 PM on the same day.
