In exercise of power conferred by sub-section 2 of Section 3 i.e, Section 3(2) of the West Bengal Right to Public Service Act, 2013, the Government is pleased to notify the service pertaining to Department of Urban Development & Municipal Affaairs and various Development Authorities/ Local Bodies/ Statutory Bodies and Companies Under the control of U.D. & M.A. Department along with the stipulated time limit for rendering the services, the Designated Officers responsible for providing the, the Appellate Officer(s)/ Reviewing Officers as mentioned below.
This Notification shall come into force on and form the date of publication in the Official in the Official Gazetee.
