a)Intending tenderers may obtain the Tender Documents / Papers from the Cash Section of Siliguri Jalpaiguri Development Authority only on payment of requisite amount of Demand Draft / Pay Order. No tender paper will be sold beyond the last date of purchasing tender.

b)Intending tenderers can also down load the Tender Documents / Papers from the website of Siliguri Jalpaiguri Development Authority (www.sjda.org). The cost of the tender documents should be attached in a separate Demand Draft / Pay Order along with Part – I i.e., Technical Part.

c)Last date & time of Purchasing Tender Form: 10.02.2012 up to 5.00 PM.

 In continuation of “NIT 035 / Engg / 2011 - 12 of SJDA” i.e. “Construction of Overhead Reservoir at Pineapple Development Centre at Bidhannagar, Dist-Darjeeling” it is informed to all concerned that owing to unavoidable circumstances the last date & time of purchasing of tender form, submission of tender form and opening of “Part – I (Technical Bid)” & opening of “Part – II (Financial Bid)” have been extended upto 09.02.2012 upto 5.00 PM, 14.02.2012 upto 2.30 PM and 14.02.2012 at 3.00 PM & 17.02.2012 at 3.00 PM respectively. The all other terms and condition remain same as mentioned in NIT 035 / Engg / 2011 - 12 of SJDA.

This is to inform all concerned that owing to unavoidable circumstances the last date & time of submission of the tenders have been extended upto 17.01.2012 at 2.30 PM and “Part – I (Technical Bid)” will be opened on 17.01.2012 at 3.00 PM & “Part – II (Financial Bid)” of the qualified tenderers will be opened on 18.01.2012 at 4.00 PM. The all other terms and condition remain same as mentioned in NIT 024 , NIT 025 , NIT 026 & NIT 027 / 2011 -12 of SJDA.
