Samar Nagar Bridge with approach road

Temporary wooden bridge connects this area with the main road. To replace it, a permanent bridge has been constructed.

The length of bridge is 22.5 m with 3 equal span of 7.5 m each.

Width:- 5.5m carriage way without footpath

Load carrying capacity: 70R loading of IRC standard

Type of foundation: Block foundation of shallow depth with 2 no intermediate pier and 2 no abutment pier

This Bridge is being constructed to connect Bharatnagar with NJP connector of Eastern Bye Pass. This will also helps in extending the Vivekananda road upto NJP as alternative route to NJP as well as to the Eastern fringe of the town.

Length of the bridge is 46.30 m with 3 equal span of 13.1 m and 2 nos 3.5 m approach deck slab. There are 2 intermediate and 2 abutment piers. Width of the bridge is 7.5 m . Load bearing capacity of the bridge is 70 R.
 

Open Air Theater at Matigara

One Open Air theater has been constructed at Matigara to promote cultural activities and other social event. There is a provision of a stage with all facilities for multipurpose cultural activities of the local community. The location is near Govt. Colony, Matigara.
